How do I know the lounge is in my terminal?
Check the terminal and directions on the lounge page against your boarding pass. Confirm whether it is before or after security, in the international or domestic area, and accessible during your connection. Ask support if the location or access zone is unclear.
How do I pay, and what happens after I book?

Do I need an account, and how do I find my order?
You can buy without a LoungeEase account. Save your order reference and private link, or use the reference and booking email on My orders to look it up. Keep your private link safe.
What if the lounge is full when I arrive?
Some lounges limit pass holders at peak times. If you are refused entry with a valid pass, retain the details and contact support. Resolution depends on your offer conditions and supplier confirmation.
Do children need their own pass?
Admission ages, charges and adult supervision requirements vary by lounge and pass. Check the child admission policy for your selected pass. If it is not listed, ask support before choosing the number of travellers.
